Dan Policar aka DanTheBand is a Grammy nominated, international touring musician, songwriter and producer originally from Seattle, Washington. He currently resides in the NYC area. As a member of multi-platinum Grammy-winning international superstar Sean Paul’s band The “BaddaBanz”, he has performed in more than 50 countries. While on the road and at home, DTB lends his production and writing skills to both legendary acts and up and coming talent. This list includes Fabolous, Sean Paul, Raekwon, Andra Day, Faith Evans, Mystikal. In addition to his work with the Baddabanz, Dan has also performed with a laundry list of the top talent throughout the music industry. These artists include Ricky Martin, Ellie Goulding, Ne-Yo, French Montana, Pusha-T and many more. Recently Dan has begun sharing some of the knowledge with students both local and around the world, teaching not simply the techniques used, but the overall concepts.
